Wow, I've never seen yellow ones before, they look amazing! Are you going to eat the courgette flowers too? Apparently they're good done in a tempura batter? X
Thank you :) Yep i'm just waiting for them to grow a little bigger and then we get to eat the yummy flowers! That way sounds like a plan! I've just recently harvested some mangetout so i'm currently devouring them lightly cooked in the pan with olive oil and salt and pepper with Scott! :) xx
